Yesterday a donation of medicine was made to Maharagama Apeksha Cancer hospital worth 1.28 mil LKR

The donation was received by the Director - of Apeksha Cancer Hospital, Dr. Aruna Jayasekara today in the presence of Dr. Harindri Dinushika Pathiraja who has keenly worked with us in the past two weeks in coordinating this effort along with the pharmacist Miss. Sumudu and the supplier Esses Pharma. Attached invoice and appreciation letter from the hospital.

The funds for this donation were sourced mainly through

Arjuna De Alwis birthday fundraiser of USD1,966

as well as

Dr. Harindris medical aid fundraiser USD1,682

We have been requested to donate more and more medicine to Maharagama Cancer hospital due to essential medicine been in shortage. And this is a continuing problem and whenever we can align our generous donors we will make all efforts to support for these cancer patients in need.
