If you review this album you would see the desperate living conditions Priyanka and her family were in. And they had no steady income and was living off daily wages she hardworkingly achieved. And her sick husband and an unwell daughter were so much for her to carry the burden of. The family was helpless when we stepped into make one of their problems go away!

We managed to hand over the house to them, fully completed. We bought them a water tank so they do not have to carry their water from out anymore, the plumbing is all complete and the toilet is newly built which they didn’t have. Most importantly they have electricity to their home and the little girl would be able to study for her scholarship happily.

On the other hand, their old home which was a wooden shack? We helped them convert it to a vegetable stall and brought them the first inventory to start the small business. When we look at the photos all we can think is, we changed their lives forever.. Now one of them could make a steady income and grow from there.

This house is a success! Within 6 weeks, they are a family living their dream. This two-room house might be not a lot for you, but for them, Priyanka says it is a “raja Madurak”. .
